Career Transition Services is available to Canadian Forces members, Veterans, spouses/common-law and survivors of Veterans to aid their transition from a military to a civilian career. CTS is delivered by the national service provider Agilec. Further information on CTS and how to apply can be found on the VAC Career Transition Services information page.
CTS can provide information and assistance with the Education and Training Benefit, however, you will apply for this directly with VAC. Further information on the ETB can be found on the VAC Education and Training Benefit information page.

The Candidate Care Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 local time in all Canadian time zones, excluding statutory holidays. Your Coach’s hours may be different. The CTS Portal is available 24/7.
If you need technical support or would like to report a bug or problem with the Portal or website, you can contact Candidate Support using live chat, by calling the Candidate Care Centre at 1-877-413-8222, or by creating an online ticket. Live chat is available during operating hours. You can use the chat to send a message after hours and a Candidate Support representative will respond during operating hours. You can find further details, including the link to create an online ticket, on the Contact Us page.
You can change the display language on the website or Portal by clicking the Language option on the top menu bar and selecting the language you would like. The Language option appears on the top menu as the current language you are viewing the Portal and website in (e.g. “English”). To change the language that you receive email notifications in, you can navigate to your My Account page and change the Communication Language selection.
All passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one digit (0-9) and one non-alphanumeric character (!, @, #, $, etc.).
If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself using the Forgot Password link on the login page or you can contact the Candidate Care Centre during operating hours to request that they reset it for you.
Accounts may be locked for security by an administrator or by too many incorrect login attempts. When your account is locked, you cannot access it. Your account will be unlocked automatically after 60 minutes if it was locked due to too many incorrect access attempts. You can also contact the Candidate Care Centre at 1-877-413-8222 to request that they unlock your account for you.
